We are on a mission to optimize website conversions through compelling, high-impact messaging. As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will drive revenue by crafting persuasive website copy, testing different messaging strategies, and continuously refining content based on performance data.
This role is ideal for a conversion-focused copywriter with a strong grasp of digital marketing, A/B testing, and consumer psychology. You will work closely with design, product, and growth teams to ensure that every piece of website content not only engages users but also drives action.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Own the website copy strategy to drive conversion and engagement across key landing pages.
Write and test high-impact copy for homepages, product pages, CTAs, and sales pages.
Develop a messaging framework based on user personas, pain points, and competitor analysis.
Optimize website content using A/B testing to identify what resonates best with our audience.
Work with designers and developers to create high-converting web pages.
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, bounce rate, conversions, etc.) and iterate copy based on insights.
Collaborate with the SEO and paid marketing teams to align messaging with traffic sources.
Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and product descriptions that improve user engagement.
Stay on top of consumer psychology and behavioral trends to create persuasive, action-driven copy.
Continuously refine the brand voice for a consistent, high-impact online presence.

Eligibility Criteria:
3-6 years of experience in product marketing, website content strategy, or conversion copywriting.
Proven track record of increasing website conversions through messaging and content optimization.
Expertise in A/B testing tools, heatmaps, and website analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
Strong writing and copy-editing skills with an eye for persuasive, action-oriented messaging.
Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers, SEO specialists, and performance marketers.
Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles and best practices.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
8 .Experience working in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth startups is a plus.
