Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head-Edtech Sales located in Delhi. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, managing key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets its objectives. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

Experience in Edtech Sales
Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
Strong understanding of Edtech products and services
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strategic Planning, Business Planning
P&L Accountability
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
