About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled

SAP Expert / Purchasing Specialist

with

10+ years

of experience in

SAP S/4HANA Cloud , specifically in

Purchasing Modules

such as

MM (Materials Management), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and PP (Production Planning) . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering

3+ global SAP implementations

and will play a key role in optimizing our purchasing processes through SAP's advanced capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design, configuration, and implementation of

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

solutions with a focus on

Purchasing (MM), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and PP (Production Planning)

modules.
Provide expert guidance in the configuration and optimization of

Procurement ,

Purchasing , and

Inventory Management

processes, including integration with

Finance (FI)

and

Sales & Distribution (SD) .
Oversee the entire purchasing lifecycle, from supplier selection and order creation to goods receipt and invoice verification.
Ensure the proper integration of

SAP MRP

and

PP

functionality with production and inventory processes to maintain accurate and efficient supply chain management.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP-based solutions.
Drive global standardization of purchasing processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and best practices.
Lead and manage global implementations of SAP Purchasing and Material Management solutions, including

data migration, testing, training, and go-live support .
Analyze and resolve complex issues in the MM, MRP, and PP modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
Provide support and leadership for key purchasing and procurement projects, including system upgrades, optimizations, and enhancements.
Continuously improve purchasing and procurement processes, using SAP tools and functionalities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Mentor and train junior team members and end-users on best practices in the SAP MM, MRP, and PP modules.
Support the testing process and provide troubleshooting and resolution during integration and UAT phases.
Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, quality standards, and regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree

in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years

of experience in SAP Purchasing,

SAP S/4HANA Cloud , and modules such as

MM (Materials Management), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and PP (Production Planning) .
3+ global SAP S/4HANA implementations , specifically related to

Purchasing, MRP, and PP

modules.
Strong expertise in

SAP MM , including

Procurement ,

Inventory Management , and

Supplier Relationship Management

processes.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in

SAP MRP and PP

modules and their integration with other SAP modules like

FI ,

SD , and

WM .
Proven track record in managing global implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for SAP purchasing and procurement processes.
Strong experience in configuring

Material Master, Purchase Order Management , and

Inventory Management

functionalities.
Experience with

SAP Ariba

or other procurement solutions is a plus.
Ability to work with stakeholders from different regions and coordinate project deliverables effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
SAP certification

in

SAP MM, MRP, or PP

is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of

SAP Fiori

and

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

advancements related to the

MM, MRP , and

PP

modules.
Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

and experience working in Agile project environments.
Ability to manage change effectively and lead cross-functional teams through the implementation lifecycle.
Experience in optimizing purchasing and procurement operations and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
