Job Description: SAP FICO Consultant (Subject Matter Expert, CA Certified)
Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience as an SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP RISE Private and Public Cloud implementations, S/4HANA implementations, and a strong consulting background. This role requires deep knowledge of financial and controlling processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to deliver robust solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
SAP RISE and S/4HANA Implementation:
Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions in SAP RISE Private and Public Cloud environments.
Perform system configuration and customization to meet client-specific business needs.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices.
Finance and Controlling Expertise:
Provide expertise in financial accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing).
Design and implement solutions for financial consolidations, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Solution Design and Integration:
Develop end-to-end solutions that integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to define interfaces, custom reports, and workflows.
Provide functional specifications for custom developments.
Consulting and Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related discussions, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams and stakeholders.
Project Management and Post-Implementation Support:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality for SAP FICO workstreams.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Documentation and Compliance:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, user manuals, and test scripts.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module.
Proven experience with SAP RISE Private/Public Cloud and S/4HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and cost management.
Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
SAP certification in FICO module is a plus.
Ability to travel as required for client engagements.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Familiarity with Fiori apps and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Knowledge of treasury and cash management processes.
Exposure to global implementations involving multi-currency and multi-language environments.
Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or financial services.
