About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior SAP FICO Architect to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

In this critical role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of complex SAP FICO projects for our clients.

You will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes related to Finance and Controlling.

- SAP FICO Solution Architecture : Design, develop, and document comprehensive SAP FICO solution architectures, including :

1. Financial Accounting (FI) : Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting.

2. Controlling (CO) : Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Sales & Distribution (SD) integration with FI/CO.

3. System Integration : Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e., SD, MM, PP) and third-party systems.

4. SAP BASIS Administration : Hands-on experience with SAP BASIS administration tasks related to FI/CO.

- Client Consulting : Provide expert consulting services to clients on SAP FICO best practices, implementation methodologies, and system optimization.

- Project Management : Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Team Leadership : Guide and mentor junior team members on SAP FICO concepts and best practices.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

- Proven expertise in SAP FICO solution architecture and design.

- Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.

- Experience in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

Desirable :

- SAP FICO certifications (e., SAP Certified Application Associate - Finance with SAP ERP 6.0)

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance

- Experience in project management methodologies (e., Agile, Waterfall)

- Experience in cloud-based SAP solutions (e., SAP S/4HANA Cloud)
