We are seeking a highly skilled

Adobe CDP Specialist/Manager

to lead the implementation and
optimization of our Adobe Customer Data Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe CDP and a strong background in data analytics, customer data management, and digital marketing strategies. This role is crucial for enhancing our customer data capabilities, providing actionable insights, and delivering personalized customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
:
 Implement, manage, and optimize the Adobe Customer Data Platform to ensure it aligns with
our business objectives and digital marketing strategies.
 Collaborate with IT, data science, and marketing teams to integrate various data sources into
the Adobe CDP, ensuring data quality and consistency.
 Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer data, segments, and behaviors to drive
personalized marketing campaigns and customer experiences.
 Utilize Adobe CDP analytics and AI capabilities to generate insights, predict customer
behaviors, and inform strategic decisions.
 Design and execute A/B testing and other experiments to optimize customer journeys and
marketing effectiveness.
 Oversee data governance, compliance, and privacy standards within the Adobe CDP
environment, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
 Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging
customer data to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
 Train and mentor team members on Adobe CDP best practices, features, and capabilities.
 Stay abreast of industry trends, developments in Adobe CDP technology, and best practices to
continuously drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:
 Proven experience with Adobe Customer Data Platform.
 Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, data analytics, and customer experience
strategies.

 Proficiency in data integration, data modeling, and data analysis techniques.
 Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is
highly desirable.
 Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-
paced environment.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, is an advantage.
