Job Description:
We are seeking a
highly motivated Bench Sales Consultant
to join our team on a
commission-based model with recurring incentives
. The ideal candidate will have
strong experience in IT staffing, vendor management, and bench sales
, specializing in marketing and placing IT consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and system integrators.
This role offers
uncapped earning potential
with
high commission payouts and additional incentives
for successful consultant placements and
end-customer interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Bench Marketing & Sales:
Market
IT consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, CPT) across various technologies
to direct clients and preferred vendors.
Develop relationships with
Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients
to place bench consultants.
Negotiate
best rates and contract terms
with clients and vendors.
Vendor & Client Engagement:
Identify and onboard new
vendors, clients, and implementation partners
.
Maintain a strong database of
prime vendors and end clients
for IT placements.
Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and hiring managers.
End-Client Interviews & Submissions:
Submit consultants for
contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
.
Coordinate
interviews and onboarding
processes with end clients.
Earn
additional incentives for each consultant who gets an end-client interview.
Recruiting Coordination & Consultant Management:
Maintain
daily consultant submissions and interview tracking
.
Work closely with recruiters and technical teams to align consultant profiles with market demands.
Ensure consultant
resume formatting, marketing, and interview preparation.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of Bench Sales experience
in IT staffing & consulting.
Proven track record
of placing consultants with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
Strong network of
MSPs, vendors, and direct hiring managers
.
Experience with
Corp-to-Corp (C2C) marketing and IT contract staffing.
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to
independently drive sales and close deals
in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in
ATS, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
for marketing consultants.
