About the Role
Fragomen's US Capability Center in Kochi is seeking a

Project Management Specialist

to support Project Managers and Team Managers in driving project execution, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. This role is instrumental in maintaining efficient project workflows, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement efforts.
As a key liaison between client/office counterparts and internal teams, you will oversee project progress, conduct performance audits, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will monitor various initiatives, track key deliverables, and contribute to process optimization strategies to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Oversight:

Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Managers to ensure smooth project progression and mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:

Act as a key liaison between internal teams and client/office counterparts, ensuring seamless collaboration through regular updates and structured reporting.
Audits & Compliance:

Conduct periodic audits, ensure adherence to project guidelines, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
Data-Driven Insights & Trend Analysis:

Analyse project data, track key performance metrics, and provide reports to support business decisions.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

Ensure KPIs are consistently met and contribute to workflow optimization initiatives.
Meeting & Documentation Management:

Organize governance calls, lead weekly status meetings, and maintain structured project documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Master's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a multinational environment.
PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, CSM, PSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
Experience working with stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
Technical & Professional Skills
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Gantt charts, and compliance standards.
Soft Skills & Competencies
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
