Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves overseeing complex projects across Cochin, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, and Alappuzha. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience in the industry, bringing expertise in managing various aspects of project execution seamlessly.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in team management, enabling successful project delivery through effective leadership and guidance of project teams.
  • Solid understanding of civil engineering and construction principles, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timeframes.
  • Ability to interpret and implement architectural drawings accurately, ensuring adherence to design specifications throughout project phases.
  • Expertise in operations management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and monitoring progress to achieve project goals.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP software for designing and managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems efficiently.
  • Demonstrated experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) applications, ensuring integrated system applications in projects.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members to facilitate project objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met without compromising quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
  • Manage project teams, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet changing demands and constraints.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and quality.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting project status, financial health, and key issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout project execution.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and systems.
