We are looking for a highly skilled

Ads Optimizer / Marketing Planner

with a strong focus on

Google Ads

to join our growing marketing team. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decisions, and optimizing paid campaigns for maximum impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, ensuring that every aspect of paid search drives business growth and achieves measurable ROI.
As an Ads Optimizer / Marketing Planner, you will work closely with internal teams to understand client objectives, develop tailored marketing strategies, and optimize ad performance. You will be instrumental in driving the success of digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to constantly improve our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.) to meet performance goals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business KPIs.
Performance Optimization:

Continuously monitor, optimize, and adjust campaigns based on performance data. Leverage Google Ads features such as bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad extensions to enhance campaign performance and achieve the best possible ROI.
Keyword Research & Targeting:

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and refine targeting strategies. Ensure that campaigns are targeting the right audience with the right message at the right time.
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance data and generate comprehensive reports on key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and share results with clients and stakeholders.
A/B Testing & Experimentation:

Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve overall campaign performance. Leverage experimentation to optimize for conversions and identify new opportunities.
Budget Management:

Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation and maximum efficiency. Adjust bids and spend levels based on campaign performance and available budget.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with creative teams, content specialists, and product teams to ensure that ads align with broader marketing goals and client brand guidelines.
Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing to ensure that campaigns are always leveraging cutting-edge strategies for optimal results.
Client Consultation & Communication:

Partner with clients to understand their business goals and translate these into tailored Google Ads strategies. Provide regular updates and campaign reports, explaining key insights and performance trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience

in Google Ads campaign management, with a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for search, display, and shopping.
Expertise in

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube, Google Shopping, etc.), with a deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and performance metrics.
Strong experience with

Google Analytics

and other analytics tools to assess and improve campaign performance.
Experience in

A/B testing

and experimenting with ads, keywords, and landing pages to optimize campaigns.
Solid understanding of

SEO

and how it integrates with paid search to enhance overall marketing strategy.
Excellent

analytical skills

with the ability to interpret large sets of data and turn them into actionable insights.
Strong

project management skills

with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure campaign quality and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data and strategies to clients and internal teams.
Preferred Skills:
Google Ads Certification (Fundamentals, Search, Display, etc.).
Experience with

Google Tag Manager

and other tracking tools.
Familiarity with

Google Data Studio

or other reporting tools to visualize campaign performance.
Experience with

remarketing campaigns

and

conversion tracking

strategies.
