As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top industry experts across the entire innovation cycle and provide strategic insights to shape the future. What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
• Conduct a technical analysis to identify evidence of usage of a patent
• Prepare EOUs / claim charts
• Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools to identify patents relevant to VLSI and related semiconductor technologies.
• Review work products of junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment What we're looking for:
• M.Tech / B.Tech in Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Electronics (VLSI Design and Technology) , or a related field 5-8 years of relevant / industry experience
• Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, VLSI design, and related standards.
• At least 4 year of experience in conducting invalidation searches in the domains of semiconductor
• Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of diverse technology domains
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent comprehension skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Responsible attitude and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Knowledge of intellectual property fundamentals and / or patent laws will be advantageous
