Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales function in the recycling industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recycling sector, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales strategy and business development. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and building strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market position. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing training, motivation, and guidance. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, corporate clients, and government agencies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion. Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalizations with major clients and partners. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive data-driven decision-making. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards in the recycling sector. Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the recycling, waste management, or sustainability sectors. Strong business acumen with expertise in B2B and B2C sales strategies. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Passion for environmental sustainability and circular economy principles.
