Role Description
Location: Chennai, India (with domestic and international travel)
Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at Mothers Medica, you will play a key role in expanding our business operations, both in India and globally. The role involves significant travel and client engagement to foster growth and establish strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend Dental Shows and Events:
Represent Mothers Medica at various national and international dental exhibitions and trade shows to promote our products and build brand visibility.
Client Engagement and Partnership Development:
Travel overseas to meet potential trading partners and distributors. Facilitate discussions and negotiate agreements to invite partners for factory visits and contract signings.
Channel Development:
Establish and manage trading channels across different sectors to enhance market reach. Identify and engage with key stakeholders to create a strong distribution network.
Business Meetings and Corporate Travel:
Participate in business meetings and travel with the management team for strategic discussions and partnership negotiations.
Territory Management:
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement business strategies in the assigned territory, driving sales growth and market expansion.
Travel and Benefits:
The role requires extensive domestic and international travel.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Good understanding of market trends and customer needs

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field
