Requirements Gathering:
Analyzing business requirements, understanding user needs, and translating them into functional ServiceNow applications.
Application Development:
Building custom applications, forms, and user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform using the platform's native development tools.
Writing custom JavaScript code to enhance application functionality and automate processes.
Implementing workflows and business rules to manage data flow and decision-making within applications.
Data Management:
Designing and managing data structures within ServiceNow, including custom tables and fields.
Creating data transformations and integrations to move data between ServiceNow and other systems.
Integration with External Systems:
Developing integrations using APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, or HR platforms.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Performing thorough testing of developed applications to ensure functionality, usability, and data integrity.
