Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP+QM Consultant to optimize and implement SAP solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP modules (PP+QM), and ensure the smooth integration of SAP solutions to meet business needs.

1.Leadership & Project Management:

- Lead and oversee SAP PP and SAP QM implementations and enhancements for clients.
- Manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, SD, FICO, and other functional areas to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in PP and QM, offering guidance to team members and clients.

2.Business Requirements Analysis & Solution Design:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand their Production Planning and Quality Management requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, designing SAP solutions that support business goals.
- Lead workshops and sessions with business users to map out processes and gather detailed requirements.
- Propose and design best practices for PP and QM modules that optimize production planning and quality control processes.

3.SAP Configuration & Customization:

- Lead the configuration and customization of SAP PP and SAP QM modules, including Master Data Management, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, and Quality Control.
- Oversee the integration of PP and QM with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FICO to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Ensure system configuration aligns with business requirements and follows SAP best practices.

4.Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Lead the creation of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP PP and QM configurations.
- Oversee the execution of unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing to ensure the system functions as expected and meets business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP and QM functionalities during testing and post-go-live.

5.End-User Training & Support:

- Develop and deliver training programs for end users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP PP and QM functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support to users after go-live, ensuring any system issues or enhancements are addressed.
- Create user manuals, documentation, and best practices for SAP users.

6.Continuous Process Improvement:

- Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements within PP and QM processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Stay updated with SAP innovations and best practices to drive continuous improvement and system optimization.
- Assist in the adoption of new SAP tools, features, or methodologies that could benefit the organization.

7.Collaboration with Technical Teams:

- Work with technical teams and ABAP developers to design custom reports, interfaces, or enhancements required by the business.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure proper system integration and technical performance of SAP modules.

8.Information Security Related Responsibilities:

- Handle assigned assets securely and maintain confidentiality of credentials.
- Report any data loss, potential breaches, or unauthorized access promptly.
- Comply with DynaTech IT&IS policies and participate in Cyber Security awareness training.
- Ensure responsible usage of access rights and follow security protocols in daily tasks.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP Certification in PP and/or QM modules is strongly preferred.

Experience:

- 2-5 years of experience in SAP PP and SAP QM functional roles, including configuration, testing, and end-user support.
- Experience in leading SAP projects and handling large-scale implementations and enhancements.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with modules like MM, SD, and FICO.

Technical Skills:

- Deep knowledge of SAP PP and SAP QM configuration and customization, including Master Data Management, Production Orders, Routing, BOM, Inspection Lots, and Quality Notifications.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and process mapping.
- Experience with ABAP reporting, SAP Query, or BI reporting is a plus.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and provide actionable solutions in SAP PP and QM processes.
- Ability to evaluate and optimize business processes for Production Planning and Quality Management.

Project Management & Leadership:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in leading teams, guiding junior analysts, and managing client relationships.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
- Ability to present complex SAP solutions to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.
