JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter (Contract/Temporary) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, exceptional sourcing and recruitment skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to support our company's growth and success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for IT positions. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract top IT talent. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for future openings. Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by engaging with candidates and showcasing our culture and benefits. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in the IT job market to ensure competitive recruitment strategies. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Information Technology, or a related field. 8-10 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Ability to think critically and solve complex recruitment challenges. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and various sourcing tools and platforms. Experience recruiting for specialized IT roles such as software development, DevOps, Architecture, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud computing, etc. Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, Recruiter Certification).
