Schbang is a dynamic advertising agency that combines strategy, creativity, and technology to deliver impactful marketing solutions. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in hiring for the advertising and media sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the recruitment strategy for mid-to-senior level roles within advertising, media, and creative departments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify and fulfill hiring needs.
- Leverage industry expertise to attract top talent through sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure proactive hiring.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Train and mentor junior recruiters to strengthen the hiring team.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in the advertising, media, or marketing industry.
- Deep understanding of the advertising space, agency structures, and role-specific requirements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
