This role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment , with a proven track record in sales, client management, and project execution . As a key player in our team , you will be responsible for leading and mentoring Junior Interior Consultants , driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client experiences from consultation to project completion. You must be passionate about interiors, self-motivated, and results-oriented , with a strong ability to strategize and close high-value deals . Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth: Aggressively drive residential turnkey interior sales , consistently achieving and exceeding targets. Identify, engage, and convert high-value clients through strategic sales techniques. Develop effective lead-generation strategies including cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Client Consultation & Project Execution: Conduct high-impact client meetings to understand design needs, lifestyle preferences, and budgets. Provide expert consultation on layouts, materials, and space planning. Present compelling 2D & 3D design visualizations to drive decision-making. Oversee project execution, ensuring top-quality design delivery on time and within budget . Site Visits & Supervision: Conduct frequent on-site inspections to ensure seamless execution and quality control. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project flow. Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges efficiently and proactively . Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of Junior Interior Consultants , fostering a culture of excellence. Set and track performance KPIs to drive individual and team success. Conduct regular strategy meetings to optimize sales pipelines and project execution . Required Skills & Qualifications 4-5 years of proven experience in residential interior turnkey sales . Strong sales acumen with an ability to strategize, negotiate, and close high-ticket deals . Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships. Hands-on experience in cold calling, sales pitching, and site supervision . Proficiency in 2D & 3D design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software). Ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive targets, and multitask in a fast-paced environment . Passionate, self-driven, and highly competitive with a go-getter attitude.
