About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with international experience to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing design concepts, including creating attractive mood boards and presentations using industry-leading software.
  • Researching and staying up-to-date on international design trends and best practices.
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and information.
  • Creating detailed specification sheets and formats for order placement, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Working closely with architects and service consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinating with 3D visualizers to create accurate and detailed models for rendering.
  • Fostering teamwork and collaboration among designers and other project stakeholders.
  • Leveraging expertise to direct junior staff members and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in interior design, preferably with international exposure.
  • Degree in Interior Design from a reputable institution.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for design excellence.
