Role Description
This is a full time role as Talent Acquisition & HR Manager at Terracegate located in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves daily tasks such as recruiting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing employee relations, and overseeing HR policies and procedures. As Terracegate grows, we will expand this role.

Qualifications
Recruiting, Interviewing, and Talent Acquisition skills
Experience in implementing talent acquisition strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must have experience in recruiting financial services staff.
Previously worked with Talent Acquisition at a GLOBAL Financial Services team
Employee Relations and HR Policy knowledge
HR Compliance and Employment Law expertise
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
