We are seeking a skilled Data Management & CRM Specialist to play a pivotal role in activating/developing our cold database through strategic marketing nurture campaigns. This role requires a keen eye for data, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and a passion for driving customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
A] Data Management: Cleanse, enrich, and segment cold database to identify high-potential leads. Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
B] CRM System Management: Configure and optimize CRM system (e.g., LeadSquared, HubSpot) to support marketing automation and lead nurturing. Create and manage custom objects, fields, and workflows to track lead progression. Implement Reporting based data-driven segmentation and scoring models to prioritize leads.
C] Marketing Nurture Campaign Activation: Develop and execute targeted marketing nurture campaigns to engage cold leads. Create compelling email sequences, personalized content, and automated workflows. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies. A/B test different campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
D] Lead Scoring and Qualification: Develop and implement lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads. Collaborate with SDR team to qualify and hand off leads effectively. Ensure clear lead dispositioning and accurate data entry into the CRM.
E] Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities. Generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making. Reporting Based on objective modelling for lead disposition stage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in data management, CRM systems, and marketing automation.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
