This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities. If you have previous experience in recruitment, strong organizational skills, and a passion for hiring the right talent, this is a great opportunity to gain deeper insights into Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing company Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and shortlist suitable applicants. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in maintaining and organizing recruitment-related documentation, including candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring reports. Manage job postings, track applications, and ensure an up-to-date candidate database. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Qualifications: Prior hands-on internship experience in HR preferably in hiring activities. Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced hiring environment. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing techniques is required. Very good exposure of MS Office / Google Workspace for tracking and documentation.
