As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Expert to help expand our online presence and drive growth through targeted digital marketing campaigns. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead our online marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, increase customer acquisition, and drive business growth. You should have strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, with a proven track record of success in these areas. Key Responsibilities: SEO Management: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and competitor analysis. Monitor and report on SEO performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results. Google Ads Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage effective Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video). Optimize campaign performance to achieve high ROI, with a focus on conversions and cost-per-acquisition. Regularly analyze metrics and data, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Meta Advertising (Facebook & Instagram): Develop and execute advertising strategies for Meta platforms to engage target audiences and drive leads. Optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to increase conversion rates, engagement, and brand awareness. Track and analyze ad performance, adjusting targeting and budgets to maximize effectiveness. Cross-Channel Strategy: Integrate SEO, Google Ads, and Meta strategies into cohesive marketing plans. Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure campaigns are aligned with the company's goals and voice. Work with the team to continuously improve user experience across digital platforms. Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track website performance, traffic sources, and campaign success. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior marketing staff. Collaborate with other departments (sales, content, etc.) to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising. Proven track record of driving traffic, increasing conversions, and achieving ROI through digital marketing campaigns. Deep understanding of SEO best practices and tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Video campaigns. Expertise in Meta advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager). Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and campaign reporting. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
