Job Descriptions:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain efficient SQL code and queries for database applications.
Work with the development team to design, implement, and optimize database solutions.
Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform database performance tuning and optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues as they arise.
Support any database design efforts, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Exposure to Axiom is highly desirable; any experience in working with Axiom models and databases is a plus.
Develop reports using relevant reporting tools as needed.
Ensure the proper integration and handling of data from various sources and systems.
Write complex queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
Perform database backups, restores, and maintenance as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong SQL

skills (must be proficient in writing and optimizing queries).
Experience working with

Axiom

(preferred, but not mandatory).
Database Development

experience (any relational database like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
Experience with

database design , data modeling, and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of

reporting tools

such as Power BI, Tableau, or any other is an added advantage.
Good understanding of database security and access control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex database issues.
Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with

Axiom

for financial modeling and reporting.
Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization tools.
Exposure to reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Knowledge of data visualization and presenting insights to stakeholders.
