RAIN is seeking an experienced.

Deputy General Manager – Civil (Cement Projects- Brownfield & Greenfield) -

to lead and oversee the capacity expansion project at its plant in Unit 1: Ramapuram, Mellacheruvu (M), Suryapet (D), Telangana 508246 and Unit.2. Nandyal Dist., A.P. and New cement project (Greenfield) at Ramai Village, Adilabad Dist., Telangana.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills involved in overseeing and coordinating various projects from start to finish while ensuring that schedules, budgets, and specifications are followed carefully.
We seek a project leader with significant experience in site management, contractors' management, manpower planning, erection planning, and people management at both Cement units.

Note: This position requires frequent travel to our factories where accommodation and food will be provided

Role and Responsibilities

Planning, Execution, Monitoring of

Cement Projects- Brownfield & Greenfield

Project Works
He will be responsible for overall Civil Project Constructions starting from Crusher to Packing and Urban Infrastructure
Well-versed in industrial structure and expansion for civil works, especially.in major capacity cement plants
Prepare the Project Schedule and tracking & Monitoring.
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
Supervise the work of labourers', mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Prepare the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and presenting to Management.
BOQ Preparation & Bill Checking and Certification
Work with AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera, MS Projects, and SAP

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in major cement projects constructions.
Minimum 6 Years of experience in Large Cement manufacturing plants.
Experience and exposure in the areas of major civil project constructions works, such as Industrial Structures, Structural designs, Silos, Factory Buildings, Modern infrastructures, Aluminum Formwork Technology and fast track residential projects, precast works, interpretation of technical data etc.
Aged between 40 to 50 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Filters applied for incoming applies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Telugu and English.
Fluency in Hindi is a plus.
