Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager - Cement Projects to lead our capacity expansion project in Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring cement projects- brownfield & greenfield project works, ensuring that all construction operations are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule construction operations, including crusher to packing and urban infrastructure
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc., to determine project specifications and obtain necessary permits and licenses
* Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) and acquire them within budgetary limitations
* Supervise the work of labourers', mechanics, etc., and provide guidance when needed
* Evaluate progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relevant field
* Minimum 15 years of experience in major cement projects constructions
* Minimum 6 years of experience in large cement manufacturing plants
* Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Telugu, and Hindi as an added advantage
