As an integral part of the Oracle EPM financial systems team, this role will own the monthly administration and routine maintenance, support the team on continual automation & enhancement, and initiatives for Oracle EPM systems. This position will support day-to-day operations as well as business initiatives and will act as the administrator for EDMCS.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of finance and/or accounting, demonstrate the drive to learn new systems, and the capability to solve problems independently. Experience working with Oracle EPM applications such as EDMCS is a must.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates proven knowledge and experience in the leading technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) - EDMCS - Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service.
Proficiency in the creation of registering applications, managing node types, properties, viewpoints, create requests, export data, user access setup, migration, and automate tasks in EDMCS.
Proficiency in the creation of versions, hierarchies, properties, validations, node access groups, and user management setup.
Deep understanding of the metadata, dimensions, attributes, and integration with Oracle Financial Cloud and other Cloud EPM products like EPBCS/FCCS/ARCS.
Configure and administer Oracle EPM Applications including EDMCS, EPBCS, ARCS, FCCS.
Possess excellent analytical skills to interpret business issues and identify creative solutions including period close process activities.
Participate in standardization initiatives across all business segments to implement best practices in close processes and EPM tools.
Provide insights to the team on process design, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Implement process automation where appropriate to improve overall efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Has a high desire to learn financial systems & continuous self-development.
Has capabilities & mindset of problem-solving independently in a very fast-paced environment.
Has capabilities to handle multiple priorities & stress.
2+ years' experience working with Oracle EPM Products (EDMCS, ePBCS, ARCS, FCCS). Hands-on experience is preferred.
Prior experience with Oracle EDMCS implementation is a plus.
Must have a strong understanding of EPM tools and methodologies.
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently and be accountable for results which may include the need for overtime work during peak activity periods.
Strong background in closed processes, ideally with experience in large enterprises.
Meticulous attention to detail as demonstrated by the ability to consistently prepare and review financial transactions, ensuring correct coding of data and discerning data anomalies with a high degree of accuracy.
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure compliance in financial processes.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proven ability to work in teams and balance competing priorities, often with considerable time constraints.
Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with systems integration security, user provisioning, and single sign-on technologies.
Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and team/collaboration skills that enable you to be successful both working independently with minimal supervision while ensuring your team maintains visibility and connection to the big picture.
Prior experience with reporting and data extraction tools e.g., Smartview.
Clear and effective writing and documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
