Juniper Green Energy is an independent renewable energy power producer and operator of

solar ,

wind

and hybrid power projects with significant experience in conceptualizing, building, and developing renewable energy assets. The company is part of the AT Group which has an asset portfolio worth of approximately US$2.5 billion with global investments in renewable energy, residential & commercial real estate, hospitality etc. The Group has been building utility scale renewable energy projects in India since 2010 and built and owned Orange Renewable, a 1GW renewable energy platform in the past.

Juniper Green Energy, based out of Delhi NCR, commenced operations in October 2018. The business has experienced rapid growth, and it presently has an operational portfolio of about 1GW with an under-construction capacity of 2 GW and a development pipeline of close to 5 GW of solar, wind and hybrid projects. The company has end-to-end internal competencies in EPC and O&M services for its renewable projects.

Job Summary:

Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for renewable energy data analytics by connecting to commonly used real time cloud data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development:
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports focused on renewable energy metrics, including energy production, yield loss analysis, equipment analysis, downtime analysis, RE project management etc
Create custom visualizations and DAX measures to represent complex data in a user-friendly and actionable format.
Develop data models that effectively support renewable energy analytics use cases, including performance monitoring, energy trading insights, data science models, spend analytics etc
Enable real-time tracking and monitoring of energy generation, temperature, resource incidence, generation forecasts etc

Collaboration:
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of Power BI with renewable energy data pipelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, asset management, and trading teams, to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Performance Optimization:
Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and scalability when handling large volumes of renewable energy data.
Implement visualization best practices to make complex energy data intuitive and actionable.
Document all Power BI solutions, including data sources, models, and report structures, to ensure maintainability

Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Data Analytics or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, with specific exposure to renewable energy data and analytics.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and DAX expressions. Experience with real time dashboarding in PowerBI using Direct Query
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) for data integration and analytics
Experience with various data sources such as One Drive, Sharepoint, Azure Blob storage, FTP, SQL Server, Databricks, Delta Tables etc
Excellent UI/UX and analytical skills and the ability to interpret energy data for decision-making
