Job Summary:
Etail Consultants Private Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Amazon Ads & Performance Marketing Expert to lead our advertising campaigns and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon PPC, DSP, and performance marketing strategies, ensuring maximum ROI on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Ads, DSP, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversions and ROI.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ad performance and profitability.
Work closely with the content and creative teams to optimize listings and enhance ad performance.
Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Generate reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign data.
Stay updated with Amazon algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure best practices.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Amazon Ads, PPC, and performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing high-budget Amazon campaigns with a strong ROI.
Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, AMS (Amazon Marketing Services), and DSP (Demand-Side Platform).
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Helium 10, and other ad optimization tools.
Ability to strategize and execute growth-driven ad campaigns.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Must be based in Gurgaon
