Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share in the agricultural commodities sector.
Identify and engage potential customers, establish and maintain strong business relationships, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, and use this information to refine sales strategies and approaches.
Actively trade and service existing customers, ensuring effective negotiation and closing of sales deals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network, build relationships, and represent Sanghar Exports in the agricultural commodities market.
Stay updated on international trade regulations, export/import requirements, and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge, staying informed about market trends, new products, and emerging technologies in the agricultural commodities industry.
Qualifications
Masters degree in a International Business preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commodity trading, with a focus on agricultural commodities, is mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the agricultural commodities sector.
In-depth understanding of the international commodity market, including pricing dynamics, supply chain management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented and proactive approach.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required, to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company.
