Job Summary
As the Sales Head for Capital Markets & Wealth Management, you will lead the sales strategy, execution, and business growth for Intellect Design Arena's solutions in these domains. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with deep expertise in financial markets, investment management, and wealth advisory solutions. You will be responsible for expanding the company's footprint, building high-value client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, brokers, and financial institutions globally.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow revenue in Capital Markets and Wealth Management.

• Identify, target, and engage key financial institutions, including investment banks, wealth managers, private banks, and brokerage firms.

• Establish clear sales goals, pipeline strategies, and action plans to achieve short-term and long-term revenue targets.

• Stay ahead of regulatory changes, market trends, and evolving client needs to refine sales strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Wealth Management, and Trading Desk Leaders.

• Understand client business models and provide customized technology and Saa S-based solutions to drive digital transformation in wealth management and capital markets.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

• Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions to close high-value deals.
3. Market and Competitive Analysis

• Conduct market research to track competitor offerings, fintech innovations, and emerging trends in the capital markets and wealth management space.

• Identify new opportunities in portfolio management, robo-advisory, AI-driven trading, and risk analytics to position Intellect Design Arena's solutions effectively.

• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to product teams for enhancements.
4. Performance Monitoring and Sales Operations

• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking to ensure targets are met.

• Leverage CRM systems and sales analytics tools to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the sales process.

• Prepare executive reports and business reviews for internal stakeholders.
Required Skills / Abilities

• Proven track record in selling capital markets, wealth management, or fintech solutions to financial institutions.

• Strong understanding of investment banking, asset management, private wealth, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and drive complex, consultative sales cycles.

• Experience with AI, blockchain, cloud, and digital transformation technologies in financial services.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements and industry events.
Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

• 18+ years of experience in B2 B sales, with a focus on capital markets, wealth management, and financial services technology.

• Prior experience in fintech, enterprise banking solutions, or Saa S-based platforms is a strong plus.
