Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Care Executive, based in Vadodara. The Senior Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining records of interactions, and working closely with the sales team to enhance customer experience. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Proven ability to achieve Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication skills in English Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations Ability to work independently and as part of a team 1-1.5 years of experience in the consultancy industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred Professional level English for calling as well as for email communication
