We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate inbound and outbound leads, manage client relationships, and secure projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Actively bid for and secure projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven success in winning projects on Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
