About the Job

:
Collaborate with recruiters to identify talent needs and actively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
Maintain a database of potential candidates and build a talent pipeline for future positions
Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet job requirements
Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts
Handle other administrative tasks as required by the HR team

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in US Recruitment
Familiarity with

job boards

Strong understanding of

US employment laws and hiring practices .
Excellent

communication and negotiation skills .
