We are seeking a detail-oriented
Contract Reviewer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing legal contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, mitigating risks, and maintaining accuracy in documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, legal acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and interpret various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure contractual compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and industry standards.
Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in contracts and recommend necessary revisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and business teams, to address contractual concerns.
Maintain an organized repository of contracts, amendments, and related documents.
Assist in drafting, redlining, and negotiating contract terms as needed.
Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes affecting contract management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in contract review, legal analysis, or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to identify contractual risks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
Experience in reviewing IT, procurement, or vendor contracts is a plus.
