Onsite
Talent Acquisition:
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job requisitions.
Assist in the preparation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Onboarding:
Assist with the preparation of onboarding materials and documentation for new hires.
Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Conduct orientation sessions and provide a welcoming experience to new hires.
Ensure that new hires complete all required documentation and benefits enrollment.
Support in setting up email ids, laptop, welcome kit, workstations and ensure that new employees are equipped with necessary resources.
Offboarding:
Support the offboarding process by preparing exit documentation and conducting exit interviews.
Assist with coordinating the return of company property and conducting final check-ins with departing employees.
Maintain accurate offboarding records and assist with knowledge transfer or handover processes.
Employee Engagement:
Help coordinate and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Assist in the development and execution of programs that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution of the events.
Employee Relations:
Assist with handling employee queries related to policies, benefits, and company procedures.
Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns or conflicts and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and issues.
Provide administrative support in resolving workplace issues, assisting with mediation if needed.
Data Management:
Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems and databases.
Ensure that employee data is accurate and compliant with data privacy regulations.
Help prepare and organize HR reports, dashboards, and presentations on various employee-related metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment statistics).
Support the HR team in tracking key HR data, such as attendance, leave, and others.
General HR Support:
Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents, filing, and organizing employee files.
Provide support during audits and compliance checks by ensuring records are properly maintained.
What We're Looking For:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
