Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in core human resource functions. This role offers an opportunity to work on meaningful projects, contribute to HR strategy, and develop expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, policy development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.

This internship is ideal for those looking to build a strong foundation in HR operations while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the HR team to develop, refine, and implement HR policies and processes aligned with industry best practices.
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition by managing job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Support the design and execution of compensation and benefits structures to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Contribute to HR compliance, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.
- Assist in the automation and optimization of HR systems, including HR documentation and database management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Masters degree (completed or ongoing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR functions such as recruitment, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, or HR operations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance frameworks, and HR technology.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, data management, and HR analytics tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven, and people-centric environment.
