You'll craft product-related materials, including help documents, newsletters, blogs, and website content, to engage our target audience and position the product clearly in the market. What you'll be doing:
Develop high-quality content targeting user acquisition as the primary focus. The content includes website features, landing pages, and blogs, ensuring it is search engine friendly.
Work closely with the product team to deliver product-focused content, including help documents, newsletters, case studies, and product messaging.
Use your understanding of the product to translate technical details into clear, customer-friendly messaging that highlights key value propositions.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop a content strategy that supports product launches, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Ensure content is optimized for search engines by applying best SEO practices, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and on-page SEO elements.
Create content that speaks to our target audience's pain points and needs, positioning our product as the solution.
Work closely with product managers and customer success teams to stay informed on product developments and customer feedback.
Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and other metrics to measure engagement, conversion, and overall content effectiveness.
Position the company as a thought leader in the industry through insightful, data-driven, and innovative content.

What we're looking for in YOU:
3 to 5 years of experience as a content marketer in a SaaS company, preferably in a product-led growth (PLG) environment
A passion for writing and a deep interest in understanding products, with a focus on creating content that helps users seamlessly understand and use the product.
A person who takes ownership of their work, consistently delivering high-quality content on time while keeping up with the demands of a fast-paced startup environment.
A person who is open to working in a startup environment with a focus on key metrics. If you are looking for a strict 9-5 role, this may not be the right fit.
Proven record of developing successful content and SEO strategies that drive organic growth.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other content performance tools.
Ability to think strategically while executing detailed content plans and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
