JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts and analyzing campaign performance. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for using data and numbers to make informed marketing decisions. Candidates with experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and a strong knowledge of analytics are encouraged to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a data-backed content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, SEO objectives, and market expansion plans.
  • Collaborate with a team of content writers, and Graphic Designers to ensure high-quality output.
  • Utilize content performance analytics to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to create culturally relevant and impactful content.
  • Oversee multi-platform content distribution (blogs, social media, email marketing).
  • Work closely with SEO, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Continuously track and analyze content performance, making strategic adjustments based on data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Proven work experience in content marketing or related roles, preferably in SaaS or B2C
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data and numbers to drive marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content management tools (CMS), Google Analytics, SEMrush

  • Office timings from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
  • Salary: Best in the industry based on experience and skill set.
  • Probation Period: 6 Months
  • Medical Insurance for 2.00 lac P.A after 3 months of Joining.  
  • Social Security includes - Provident Fund and Gratuity on completion of 5 yrs of service as per Tamil Nadu factories act.
  • 10 days of Paid Leave and 8 Casual Leave will be provided for the Year.
