SGT University spread over 70 acres of land located in the vicinity of Sultanpur National Park. SGT University was Awarded 'A+' by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) among Health Sciences Universities. Amongst our expansive range of specialties are our medical programs, taught in sync with SGT Medical College, Hospital & Research Institute, and with state-of-the-art Simulation centre considered to be some of the best in the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager/ Assistant Manager -Placements at SGT University) for Engineering (Computer Science: B. Tech CS, M. Tech, BCA,MCA), Management (BBA / MBA), Pharmaceutical Sciences (B.Pharma, M.Pharma.) Allied Health Sciences (UG / PG programs).

The person will be responsible for tasks related to recruiting, organizing job Fairs, ensure internship of all students, grooming for interview and fostering communication and interpersonal skills to support Pre-placements and placement related activities on campus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Educational background in relevant field
- Experience in recruiting or placement activities
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
