Enhance Employability at International Universities

We are seeking a Placements Manager to support our international university clients by bolstering the employability of their students.

The ideal candidate will identify students' key strengths, map them to job opportunities in India, and establish strong corporate relations for placements. This role involves training students on resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, mock interviews, career guidance, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a structured placement program for students.
  • Guide students in networking and professional development strategies.
  • Track placement success rates and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Student Training & Career Development
  • Conduct training sessions on resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview skills, and job search strategies.
  • Organize mock interview sessions and provide individual career coaching.
  • A assess students' strengths and align them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Mentor them to develop suitable skills to enhance employability
Corporate Relations & Placement Support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters, corporates, and industry partners.
  • Identify job and internship opportunities for university students.
  • Facilitate campus hiring initiatives and placement drives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and employer expectations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with university career services teams and faculty to enhance placement efforts.
  • Engage with alumni networks for mentorship and job referrals.
  • Represent the university at career fairs and employer networking events.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in placements, career development cell, corporate relations, training, or career coaching.
  • Strong network with corporates and hiring managers across industries.
  • Experience in training students on employability skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze student strengths and match them with suitable job roles.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and other networking tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with universities, edtech firms, or career services.
  • Certification in career coaching or HR would be an added advantage.
