FedEx Information Security (InfoSec) ensures the security of the enterprise systems and data, through business agility, system reliability, and information security controls to enable the business to deliver the Purple Promise. The Global InfoSec team strives to protect the enterprise from cyber threats, secure business operations, and ensure global regulatory compliance.

Job Descriptions:

  • Under limited supervision, supports Information Security governance, risk management and compliance processes.
  • Monitors and reports internal compliance against external regulations and industry standards.
  • Performs risk assessments, oversight and reporting activities to meet enterprise-wide information requirements.
  • Provides recommendations to complex issues and guidance to those in less senior positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand regulatory compliance requirements and how they impact Cloud and Artificial Intelligence products and services.
  • Assist in enforcing policies and procedures related to cloud and artificial intelligence usage, data handling, access controls, encryption, incident response, and disaster recovery.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing risks associated with cloud services, including data breaches, service interruptions, and compliance violations.
  • Lead compliance implementation and tracking to meet regulatory / governance requirements.
  • Facilitate and enterprise level compliance projects to drive remediation.
  • Facilitate audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of pre-defined security controls.enterprise
  • Provide risk-based decision-making guidance to leadership team on both cyber security and regulatory issues.
  • Maintain documentation of compliance efforts, audit findings, and remediation activities, and providing regular reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.

Training and awareness

  • Collaborate with counterparts to design, develop and roll out the information security programs to educate employees about cloud security and artificial intelligence best practices, compliance requirements, and potential risks associated with the services.
  • Support the Global InfoSec to design, develop and roll out targeted awareness trainings for specific groups.
  • Develop, with limited supervision, communication material to increase awareness.

This role is focused on compliance, and therefore needs to be able to work at many levels. You will help the business to achieve compliance byensuring that the organization's cloud infrastructure adheres to relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Proficiency in English comprehension
  • Preferably with minimum 5 9 years of work experience especially in application support, cyber security, or regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, effective communication, analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills is required
  • Preferably have Analytical Skills; Planning & Organizing Skills; Project Management Skills; Interpersonal Skills; Accuracy & Attention to Detail
  • Must have proven experience in leading cross organizational & Operating Company level projects.
  • Preferably have practical knowledge in using(SharePoint design, Teams, and Forms)Microsoft Office, particularly in Power BI, Power Automateis a plus.
  • Preferably have practical experience in implementing LEAN, AGILE and Design Thinking
  • Preferred certification in CCSP but is not required.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks CSA, CIS, NIST is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, effective communication, analytical, critical thinking and time management skills is required
