CyberArk Advisor - Information Protection Advisor
Position Overview:

The Information Protection Advisorwill be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Identity-based securitysolutions. These solutions will help deliver on our mission to enforce the principle of LeastPrivilege through Technical Access Controls procedures while preserving Compliance fortesting by external auditors.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Technical Access Control solutions within Cignas Privileged
  • Access Management tools based on team requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure service stability and betteruser experience.
  • Ensure product currency and consistency across all domains.
  • Lead the drive for automating solutions.
  • Ensure stable and secure environments.
  • Performance troubleshooting and recommendations.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance.
  • Support 24x7 on call for escalated security incidents on a rotational basis.
  • Identify critical security issues and provide recommendations of risk-reduction solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to support and troubleshootend-user issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be able to clearly communicate with senior leadership in highly stressful situations.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CyberArk and / or HashiCorp solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities.

Required Experience & Education:

  • 11-13 years of experience working in the fields of Identity and Access Management,Privileged Access Management, or Cybersecurity.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in computer science, CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or equivalent educational orprofessional experience and/or qualifications preferred.

Location & Hours of Work:

  • Shift 2 Split (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST / 2:30 AM - 11:30 AM EST)
