Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM, construction technology, and industry practices.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the construction, engineering, or BIM sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to engage with clients and industry professionals.
  • Knowledge of BIM tools and technologies (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or BIM industry.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large construction firms, architectural firms, or BIM consultancies.
  • Understanding of BIM standards, processes, and the value of BIM in project lifecycle management.
