Netsuite Quality Analyst

Job Responsibilities:● Analyze business and functional requirements related to Net Suite and e Commerceprocesses.● Design, write, and maintain manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans.● Perform end-to-end testing of Net Suite Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA) and othere Commerce integrations.● Automate regression tests for key e Commerce workflows such as order-to-cash,inventory sync, tax/shipping calculations, and product updates.● Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress,Test Cafe, or similar.● Validate API integrations (REST/SOAP), 3rd-party connectors (e.g., Celigo), andbackend jobs.● Log and track issues in defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and work closely with thedevelopment team for resolution.● Conduct regression, functional, smoke, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).● Support test automation in CI/CD pipelines and advise on automation best practices.● Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA retrospectives.● Document and communicate testing results and QA metrics to stakeholders.Qualifications● Relavant 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with a mix of manual and automation testing.● Experience working with Net Suite (Suite Commerce or SCA) and understanding of coreERP/e Commerce flows.● Netsuite Suite Foundation Certification● Solid knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress,Playwright, Test Cafe).● Experience writing and maintaining automation scripts in Java Script, Python, or Java.● Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.● Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or Soap UI.● Familiarity with test management platforms (e.g., Test Rail, Zephyr) and version controlsystems (e.g., Git).● Exposure to Net Suite scripting, workflows, and integrations with platforms like Shopifyor Magento.● Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions,Jenkins, Circle CI).● Knowledge of load/performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).● ISTQB or similar QA certification.● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.● Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when working with cross-functional teams.● Self-starter who can balance multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.● Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
