This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple time zones.
You will act as the primary production point of contact for internal teams, creative leads, and vendors while driving operational efficiency and scalability in production workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full video production lifecycle from intake and planning to filming and post-production delivery.Coordinate with stakeholders, creative teams, and vendors to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Oversee pre-production activities, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with budget, quality, and creative vision.Manage vendor relationships globally, including onboarding, contracting, and performance tracking.Ensure all outputs comply with brand and partner institution guidelines.Track and report production budgets in collaboration with Finance.Identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and develop scalable production processes.Represent production in cross-functional meetings, providing clarity and structure.Ensure compliance with safety protocols for all physical shoots.Travel domestically and internationally for on-location shoots when required.Manage IP permissions and third-party content licensing.Required Qualifications/Skills4–6 years of experience in video production management or equivalent roles.Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous productions across global teams.Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across cultures.Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work 1 PM – 11 PM IST to ensure global team overlap.Preferred Qualifications/SkillsExperience in global production environments and Ed Tech content creationFamiliarity with production safety standards and digital asset managementKnowledge of post-production workflows and industry best practices.About YouA confident communicator and global collaboratorEmpathetic, adaptable, and proactive in managing priorities.Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments.Balances creative quality with operational efficiency.Brings a solutions-oriented mindset under pressure.Values professionalism, teamwork, and creative integrity.
