We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant to support our enterprise application environment, with a strong focus on data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate must have a deep knowledge of AX modules and be proficient in SQL development.Job Responsibilities:Understand and support all core Dynamics AX modules, including:Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA), and ProjectsWork independently to deep dive into concepts after a high-level knowledge transfer to:Debug existing AX customizationsTrace and understand business logic in X++ and SQLExtract and transform data from Microsoft SQL ServerWrite and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migrationPerform pre- and post-validation to ensure data qualityCreate documentation for SQL processes, data mappings, and validation stepsJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later)Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architectureProficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimizationExperience with data migration, transformation, and validationAbility to work in a fast-paced, minimal-supervision environmentProficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing the scripts.Solid understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and functions.Knowledge of data conversion best practices.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Familiarity with other database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) is a plus.Must be available to work during 11:30 AM IST – 8.30 PM IST
