The Role:As a Content Development Executive at Kaplan MENA, your main role will be to create high quality training content for a variety of finance training programs designed specifically for our clients.
Your job will be to ensure that content for these programs match Kaplan MENA's quality standards, follow industry trends, and meet the specific needs of the clients.Key Responsibilities:Content Development & Review:Content design and development for Financial & Business Skills programsDeveloping pre, post and other assessments to evaluate effectiveness of the training programs.Maintaining & updating the repository of all content createdMaintaining & updating the LMS with the contentReviewing content of other team members and freelance content developersSupporting the design & creation B2 B client proposals and training outlinesCoordinating with graphic designers to format content in required templatesProduct, Client and Trainer Support:Organizing meetings and delivering 'train the trainer' sessions for both internal KPME trainers and freelance trainers to ensure their comprehensive understanding of the content created or reviewed.Facilitate client support activities by proper and timely communication of issues to the relevant party within Kaplan MENASupport other Kaplan MENA trainers, including freelancers to prepare them for any assigned trainings.Desired Behaviours:Act with integrity at all times.Embrace a team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.Drive results together through delivery, growth and financial performance.Display self-awareness and high emotional intelligence.Ability to work with ambiguity.
