The Director of Product will be responsible for creating and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Rummycircle that helps drive product led conversion and early user retention.
This individual will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure the successful launch and growth of our product.
The ideal candidate is user-obsessed and why-centric.
He is both strategic and detail-oriented, has proven product management experience, and works well with stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with Rummycircle's overall goals and objectivesGenerate new product ideas and enhancements to existing products.Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the prioritization of product features and enhancementsLead a team of product managers, designers, and other product-related roles to ensure the successful development and launch of new productsEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiativesCollaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competition, and customer needs to inform product development and strategy decisions.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive product success.What does it take? 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing technology productsStrong leadership skills and experience managing a team of product managers, designers, and other product-related rolesProven ability to create business cases, detailed functional specifications and wireframes, with an excellent track record of developing and launching online products.Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of product managers, designers, and other product-related rolesDeep understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologiesUnderstanding, appreciation, and knowledge of online RMG games are highly desirable.Knowledge of online Rummy is a huge plus.Excellent analytical skills; ability to take decisions backed up by data and metrics.Acumen to guide business goals through product features and strategies.Attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.Ability to empathize with stakeholders and customers alike to deliver "right" solutions.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.Passion for technology and a strong customer focusJob Location: Bangalore*Games24x7 is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law.*
