With over 200+ minds continuously at work, we own what we do Agile minds are at our core with a continuous endeavour to invest in talent.What You'll DoUnderstand client briefs and convert them into standout design concepts—from ideation to final execution.Design social media creatives, brand identity elements, campaign visuals, and marketing collaterals for platforms like Instagram, You Tube, , and more.Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while keeping communication fresh and engaging.Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams for seamless execution.Ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and quality.What We're Looking ForGraduate in any stream (design background preferred but not mandatory).2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative/advertising agency.Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, and digital-first design work.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus.Good grasp of design principles, typography, and layouts.Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E) will be an added edge.Comfortable collaborating with teams and clients, and open to constructive feedback.
